Swadhisthana is formed with two words- ‘Swa’ means the self and ‘Adhisthana’ means established.

Swadhisthana chakra is also called the sacral chakra. According to Hindu Tantrism, it is the second primary chakra.

The sacral chakra is located at the base of the genital organs above your sacrum bones and between the public bones of males and females.
